Ingredientes
01 quilo de farinha de trigo
400 gramas de açúcar refinado
04 colheres (sopa bem cheia) de manteiga ou margarina
01 colher (sopa) de sal amoníaco dissolvido em leite ou 02 colheres (sopa) de fermento em pó
01 copo e meio (americano) de leite comum
Modo de preparo
Em um recipiente, misture todos os ingredientes e amasse bem até formar uma massa homogênea.
Divida a massa e faça cordões. Trance as rosquinhas.
Leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido à 180 graus, por 20 minutos.
