500 gramas de amendoim torrado e moído no liquidificador
02 latas de leite condensado
02 latas do açúcar
01 xícara (chá) de leite comum
01 colher (sopa) de manteiga sem sal
Modo de preparo
Em uma panela, leve ao fogo o leite condensado, o amendoim moído, o açúcar e o leite comum.
Mexa bem por 40 minutos. Quando soltar da panela, acrescente a manteiga. Jogue em um granito untado com manteiga e deixe endurecer.
