03 pacotes de gelatina sabor morango
03 pacotes de gelatina sabor uva
01 lata de leite condensado
01 lata de creme de leite
água quente para dissolver a gelatina
frutas para decorar
Modo de preparo
Em um recipiente, coloque dois pacotes de gelatina e hidrata com 150 ml de água morna e 150ml de água fria. Coloque em um recipiente e leve a geladeira para endurecer. Á parte, dissolva mais dois pacotes de gelatina com a água morna e fria. No liquidificador, leve para bater com o leite condensado. Coloque a mistura por cima da gelatina (mas tem que estar firme).Com os outros dois pacotes, dissolva na mesma maneira e no liquidificador, bata com o creme de leite. Acrescente esta terceira camada no recipiente e leve para gelar. (mas a 2ª camada também tem que estar firme).
Decore com morangos e sirva bem gelado.
